1. The products sold by okiniexports.com are manufactured by Okini Export (Pvt) Ltd to meet the highest industry standards and not covered by a return policy.
2. Any Discrepancy/complain should be reported to okiniexports.com within 24 hrs. from the date and time, you received the goods preferably with reasonable evidence.
3. If the shipper fails to supply the goods ordered by the customers under unavoidable circumstances or the customer cancels the order, 85% of the total purchase value will be refunded.
4. The Refund will be made to the card that was originally used for the transaction.
